My pizza
23 04 2007When I started my blog, I didn’t think it would lead to getting recipes from men in Wales but here’s my pizza created from Phil’s recipe.
And what did I put on my creation? Leftover veggies in the form of asparagus, artichokes, mushrooms, olives, chilis and mozzarella.
And because I’m the only one to post a pic of my pizza, that means I’ve won the competition. Yay. What do I win?

That actually looks rather nice and I don’t even like pizza.
I think you need a more complementary coloured plate and possibly a bigger one as I reckon I could handle two of those.

That looks fantastic. Thats the type of pizza i love, asparagus, artichokes and mushrooms are my favourite toppings and i only know one place that does them but they are 250 miles away from where i live
We didn’t make food this weekend we just got stuff in. Very lazy i know. I will do one this week so the no prize giving just yet

Nah no asparagus and artichokes, vegie stuff like that is scarce. Still, you can get Chickien Tikka Masala as a topping lol.

I had another pizza tonight because I had to use up the tomato sauce and other pizza base. I didn’t bother taking another picture though as it looked just like last night’s pizza. I’m looking forward to seeing your and Phil’s efforts
