I was bothered loads by the free newspaper louts while doing the tube running. What do they think we are going to do with them?

I’m about to restart an old running commute as well so I may have to nick your post title tomorrow.

You’re a zillion miles away from feeble. An inspiraton to many, much more lazy than you. You are a superstar in my eyes.

Perhaps you could stick the 21 year old in a dustbin and roll him down spring hill! It’s a thought.

The race on Sunday wasn’t feeble and the fact you’ve been out there running is one up on some of us…remember, it could be worse – you might be ginger in a shocking blue ensemble and not just want to run, but have to! Could try a skateboard down Spring Hill next time?
