Yes, I am still here.

No, I haven’t done any running.

I have been on the treadmill though at my new gym.

Treadmill counts, yes?

I might attempt to run when this poxy pain in the arse snow buggers off.

Or I might not.

I don’t really like running round here.

Not that I’ve tried it yet.

But I can’t see that it will be any better than at the old place.

Ho hum.
