Must admit I do sometimes think "Why are you even bothering to do that?" when the walk amounts to a gentle stroll while chatting to neighbour on the adjoining treadmill... Maybe everyone who normally goes to the gym has this horrible cough/cold/sore throat thing that is stopping me going too. I have nothing against treadmills i used to have one in my living room behind the sofa all i know is they are designed to run on.
