Still injured
Aarrgghh, I'm still injured, nearly two weeks! I think it's getting worse, not better, so looks like I'll have to take a trip to the medical centre. 🙁

🙁 what’s the problem with it?
Knee is sore and leg hurts from knee to hip, gets really stiff after sitting for a while and have to walk really slowly. Any ideas/tips?
Sounds painful :-/ not sure about that one – do you stretch out when you finish running? Maybe the link below might help 🙂

I usually stretch after a run but forgot after the race, was thinking more about the goody bag and a cold beer 😉
