Putting the jog back into jogblog
Yeah, I know it’s a cheesy title and I should be thoroughly ashamed of myself but after only about two hours of sleep (damn this stupid Christmas body clock), I am far too tired to think of a better one.
I wasn’t too tired to go for a small run though. I actually enjoyed it too, thanks to these songs that my Shuffle threw up for me. Thank you Shuffle.
Stats:

Ohhh good choice. Think i might have to put a bit of Mansun on for tonights run – If I can still manage to walk tonight that is!
Nice selection of tunage!
Nothing wrong with the title – rediscovering the pleasure of running should be celebrated in a ‘getting back to basics’ sort of way.
I hope you continue with enjoyment and don’t get too bogged down with the admin. Somehow you need to be rewarded for all your efforts.
1 out of 4 ain’t bad i guess…… Mansun yes! The others sadly no….. Ha ha
I’m more of a Metallica, Prodigy, Kratwerk kind of guy myself when running!!
Love that Mansun track!
Keep the music coming good to see other janthoners tastes – there ought to be a Janathon hit list
Hiya jogblog — just been having look at Sean from Audiofuel’s blog who suggests popping along here to say thanks for all your efforts to make Janathon a reality. Excellent idea — thanks!!!!!
Having lots of fun with it so far…
T
hope your knee is feeling better. some owie!
My ipod threw up a Paul Simon track, “I can’t run but I can walk much faster than this”! Ironicly, it actually had the perfect bpm for me.
