Do flowers sleep? My new flowers have gone to sleep, either that or they've curled up and died in the four hours that they've been in my garden.

To sleep, perchance to dream. Of course flowers have to sleep. That’s where they derive their beauty. Hence the expression – ‘sleep beauty’.
