Something I ate on Friday caused me to go 1800 calories over quota. Here’s what I had

Tomato sauce with olives, asparagus, garlic and mushrooms
Wholewheat spaghetti
Two slices of rice cheese
Nectarine
White wine spritzer
Cheese & onion Walkers crisps
KitKat Chunky
White wine
Apple
White wine
White wine
3/4 tub of Haagen Dazs
White wine
Too much fruit do you think? 😉 I won’t even go into the meal I had in the pancake house last night, deep fried cheese balls? Mmmmmmmm. I was so full I asked for tap water when we got to the pub! Even my mate was so stuffed he asked for a short instead of a pint 🙂

hi cathy, grazing over your food input i cant imagine what put you over your caloric intake. perhaps had you replaced the hagen daas with a fifth white wine recipe you’d have made your quota. have you thought about publishing a diet book?
