Rubbish run

F**k me, that was feeble! My feebleness was no doubt caused by the wine I had last night, not to mention the wine and four packets of crisps I had the night before. Right then, serious training head goes back on next week. Well, until Thursday that is as me and Tracey are going out for a Wetherspoon’s £4.49 curry and drink, what with us being the classy chicks that we are. Although now might be a good time to tell Tracey that I’m not really keen on curry.

So, my run this morning was v. feeble and I walked most of it which was a waste of time as anyone who knows me can confirm, I don’t see the point in walking unless you’re actually going somewhere. My walk was made marginally more exciting though by the man in full riding gear that I saw.

Oh, and my next new toy is going to be the new iPod Shuffle. How cute is that? And only £55, bargain! But it’s not out ’til October, and I want it now. I don’t care if patience is a virtue. I’m not sure I want to be virtuous anyway.

All four cows are still there, yay.
